A Family-Owned Remodeling Team Focused on How Homes Work

We started ROECO in 2003 with a simple goal: help homeowners improve spaces that no longer fit their lives. Over the years, we have seen how outdated layouts, unfinished projects, and poor craftsmanship can create frustration and uncertainty for families. Our work is built around fixing those issues with clear planning and dependable execution.

ROECO is run by Kevin Roe Sr. and his son, Kevin Roe Jr., with Melissa supporting daily operations as our secretary. As a family-owned business, we stay directly involved in every project, from early conversations through final walkthroughs. That hands-on approach helps us maintain transparency with pricing, timelines, and expectations.

Our impact on customers goes beyond construction. We turn inefficient spaces into functional areas that support daily living. We reduce stress by managing trades, schedules, and details so homeowners are not left coordinating the process themselves. We protect each homeowner’s investment by focusing on sound construction methods and durable materials. Most importantly, we build confidence through honest communication and follow-through.

We are licensed and insured, and we proudly serve Petersburg, MI, along with Dundee, Blissfield, Lambertville, Temperance, Maybee, Ida, Britton, Monroe, Milan, Tecumseh, Adrian, Clinton, Saline, Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, Canton, Trenton, and surrounding communities. Whether the project involves remodeling, structural updates, or managing multiple trades, our goal is always the same: deliver work that supports long-term use and trust.
